What our customers are saying

I used JPG for a renovation of an old house, in which he removed an old shower, toilet and water cylinder. He also installed a new shower, toilet, and infinity. I'll definitely use him again on my next project.

Lewis Warner

JPG recently completed all the renovation work for my bathroom, including upgrading the hot water cylinder to mains pressure, pipe work and fit offs etc. A tricky project that he tackled easily.

Jackson Greenwell

I called JPG for a quote about fixing our hot water cylinder after not having heard back from a few other plumbers, he was very quick to get back to me and finished the job promptly and efficiently. Thank you Guy, will be my go-to plumber from now on!

Mitchell Whyte

JPG was brilliant, provided a great service for a great price!

What should I do if I have a plumbing emergency?

  1. Shut off the main water supply to your home: This is the first and most important step to take in a plumbing emergency. The main water shut-off valve is usually located near your water meter.
  2. Don’t try to fix it yourself: Attempting to fix the problem yourself can make things worst and may even lead to your insurance company refusing to pay you out.
  3. Ensure electrical safety: Move any electrical items or wires out of the way and if necessary turn the power off using the master switch in your fuse box.
  4. Call a licensed plumber: Do this as soon as possible so the plumber can assess and potentially provide additional instructions over the phone.
  5. Contain what you can: While you wait for the plumber to arrive, attempt to contain the leak or block the water flow with towels or a bucket if possible.

What should I do if I have a gas emergency?

  1. Evacuate the premises: If you smell gas, evacuate the premises immediately. Open any windows or doors on your way out to help ventilate the area.
  2. Turn off the gas supply: If you know where your gas meter is located and can do so safely, turn off the gas supply to your home.
  3. Do not use any electrical devices or open flames: Do not use any electrical devices, light switches, or open flames, including cigarettes or lighters, as they can ignite the gas and cause an explosion.
  4. Call a licensed plumber: Do this as soon as possible so the plumber can assess and potentially provide additional instructions over the phone.
  5. Do not re-enter the home: Gas leaks can be very dangerous and require specialized equipment to detect and repair. A professional should inspect the home and make any necessary repairs before you return.
